Since our original formation in 2015, we have been driven by the same ideas we initially founded our nonprofit organization upon; service, action, and engagement. MISSION STATEMENT
Redefining Community Through Engagement
We have a simple mission here at T.CEP Inc. It is not enough to define community as a group of people living in the same place or having a particular characteristic in common. We believe in taking ACTION with urgency in order to raise public awareness about some of the most pressing issues facing today’s society. Make a measurable difference in the lives of others by providing service, taking action, and engaging with community members.

When we lean on community members to support and lead projects, they are more effective. Tapping into local knowledge creates solutions that are also practical. T.CEP Inc. provides a space to address these difficult conversations. Through a collaborative effort, citizens’ knowledge and skills in problem-solving improve. We believe it is possible to live in a world where every issue from every community member is addressed. Many groups that feel ignored can gain greater control over their lives and their community through empowerment and integration of people from different backgrounds. T.CEP Inc. creates several opportunities for discussing a wide range of concerns. Members can increase trust in community organizations and governance when there are regular, on-going discussions. T.CEP Inc.'s vision comes into fruition when the world allows all people to express concerns before problems become out of control.
